End Of The World?

a. What do you think could be a possible end of the world? How do you think this particular disaster would affect the physical environment? (Ie. Would there be a lot of explosions, charred buildings, etc.)
1. I think that the possible end of the world could be nuclear warfare there might not be a lot of explosions there would be lots of abandoned buildings, everything would appear to be quiet.  There would be lots of broken glass and maybe some charred buildings.
b. What particular aspect do you think you would like to show in your piece of art? Ex. The psychology of the survivors, the physical world and how it’s been rebuilt? Perhaps a more positive world, where we are ecologically and socially harmonious with the future landscape?

2. In this particular piece of art I would like to show more of what the world would be like such as the buildings and how some of  the nature has overgrown and the peacefulness of the world, I don’t think I will show much of a human presence.
c. What are ten things that you think would survive the disaster that you would like to portray? Why do you think these things in particular would make it?
3. Ten things that I think that will survive and be present are old buildings, shattered glass, over grown shrubs and vines, old toys and belongings, maybe some abandoned car shells, the nuclear spot where the explosion took place, some bugs that have come back and made their home, some animals who have taken over the abandoned area, and maybe an old creepy theme park that used to exist.  I think lots of these things wouldn’t have ben effected much unless there was a big explosion and some of the animals could appear sick due to the radiation.
d. What could serve as a symbol of hope in your picture?
4. The symbol of hope for this picture could be the animals that are currently living there that maybe someday humans could come back and live here.
e. Take a look at the art or T&T (Tyler Brett and Tony Romano), specifically, Onward Future. These artists depict a future that can be recognized because their vision is based on trends we see around us now. They offer a chance to imagine and understand what the future may possibly hold. What do you think about their art? What do you think makes their work appealing to others?

5. I think there are is very cool and present because a lot of people are thinking about the apocalypse and zombie attacks recently, lots of movies and tv shows have been made about the apocalypse.  It interests people on what other peoples yens are on the topic and what they think will happen after.
